Refund Policy 

You may request a refund within 10 days of the original purchase date. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout. To initiate a refund or exchange please call the Road Skills office 317-736-8354. There will be NO Refunds once the CDE form has been issued or a student begins an online class or attends a classroom session. There is a $50 dollar registration fee charged for any refunds.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Therefore we never share or sell your personal information with any third parties. Any information collected through this site is intended to be used for this transaction only.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

1. All online classes MUST be completed within 180 days of enrollment.  After 6 months, there will be an $85.00 reactivation fee to continue the course, the student will then have 2 months to complete the online course. Any account past 10 months will be terminated and all registration and course fees will be forfeited.

2. Behind the wheel lessons must be completed within 15 months of registration. Any account over 15 months will be terminated and all registration and course fees will be forfeited. 

3. If a student is unable to attend a behind the wheel lesson, a 48-hour advance notice is required in order to avoid being charged a rescheduling fee of $35.00.

4. If the student arrives 10 minutes or later after the scheduled time for a behind the wheel lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled with a $35.00 rescheduling fee.

5. All balances must be paid before scheduling a behind the wheel lesson. This includes balances on packages, reactivation fees, rescheduling fees and no-show fees. 

6. For each behind the wheel lesson, the student must bring his/ her paper and plastic permits, wear closed toe shoes and wear his/her glasses or contacts if required. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being canceled and rescheduled with a $35.00 rescheduling fee. All rescheduling fees will have to be paid before additional driving lessons can be scheduled. Any previously scheduled lessons will be canceled until payment is received.

7. The license must be obtained before the permit expires.

8. Road Skills is not responsible for monitoring students outside of the classroom time or the behind the wheel lessons.

9. Behind the wheel lessons may be rescheduled at Road Skills’ discretion.

10. The student will be eligible to take the road test when the program is completed with a grade of B or better for classroom and behind the wheel instruction.

11. All students must have a valid Indiana Learner's Permit to schedule a behind with wheel lesson. Road Skills, LLC does not accept foreign driver's licenses.
